What is your understanding of being at peace with God? How does justification make way for this peace?
How does suffering produce endurance, character, and hope? In what ways can you and have you rejoiced in your sufferings?
What does it mean to stand in grace? Share of someone you have seen exemplify standing in grace.
Reflect and describe how you feel knowing that God chose to make a way to redeem you long before you knew you needed to be redeemed?
What is the difference between being saved from hell and saved from the wrath of God? Why are these both equally important in your understanding of the gospel? When you share the Gospel which do you emphasize more?
How would you define reconciliation? Explain what it means to reconciled through Christ to God.
Explain how Adam points to Christ? What makes Christ the true and better Adam? What has Christ done, that Adam could not? Consider what Adam was called to do in garden.
How did sin enter into the world? What does Paul mean that through one man's trespass many died?
How does grace abound even as sin increases? How would explain this to someone who is a non-believer?
Explain how Adam brought death and condemnation, but Christ brought grace and forgiveness? What does the atonement of Christ do for those who believe?
