  1. How does this Psalm highlight that godly wisdom is for all people? What does this teach us about God’s heart?
  2. Psalm 49:3, My mouth shall speak wisdom; the meditation of my heart shall be understanding." (ESV) How does this Psalm serve as a guide to discern the difference between godly wisdom and worldly rightness?
  3. Psalm 49:4, "I will incline my ear to a proverb; I will solve my riddle to the music of the lyre." (ESV) What did it mean for one to incline their ear to a proverb? What did a proverb represent at that time? What would be the equivalent of inclining to a proverb today?
