  4. Psalm 38:3, "There is no soundness in my flesh because of your indignation; there is no health in my bone because of my sin." (ESV) In what ways can our sin impact our discernment and soundness of mind?

  6. Psalm 38:18, "I confess my iniquity; I am sorry for my sin." (ESV) Sometimes confession can seem daunting and unapproachable, especially when our hearts are heavy.
