1. What is the "Father's house" like? How does Jesus describe it in this chapter? In what ways might this challenge your preconceived notions of what heaven will be like?
2. John 14:6 might be one of the most famous verses of Jesus. Why is coming to God so exclusive through Jesus? How does this determine our theology? What does this teach us about other world religions?
3. How have the disciples "seen" God? What does this statement demonstrate about the identity of Jesus? Have we seen God today? Why or why not?
4. There are very deep theological concepts in this chapter. What does it mean for the Father to "live in" (HCSB) Jesus as stated in verse 10? How does this view of the Son and the Father change your understanding of the Trinity? In what ways do you still not quite grasp the concept of the Trinity?
