  3. God has been preserving a small remnant throughout Isaiah. What kind of shift do you see in verse 3?
  4. What do verses 6-7 mean for God's people? For the world?
  5. What does it mean that “the government will be upon his shoulders”? (vs. 6, ESV)
  6. Why are all the names in verse 6 capitalized? (Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.)
