1. Paul met the resurrected Lord on the road to Damascus. What did Jesus stop Paul from doing? How did Paul and his physical health respond to this revelation? What is Paul's life calling now? In what way did your life change when you met Jesus? What did you stop? What did you start?
2. Paul's worldview was turned upside down. What Paul sought to bind, Jesus unbound. Paul thought he was seeing clearly but he was spiritually blind. What would you think if you were Paul sitting in darkness for three days? How does Jesus show grace to Paul?
3. When Ananias objected to God's calling, how did God respond? What was his plan for Paul? How does Paul's miraculous transformation fit into the theme of Acts? What will happen through Paul?
4. What did Paul do before he ate food? How did God bless and use the preaching of Paul? If you were in the early church, would you believe Paul's story? How would you test him?
5. God sends helpers at just the right time. What individual brought Paul into the Christian community at Jerusalem? How was that man's personality just right for the need of the moment? What happened in the church?

7. Dorcas' resurrection appears to be a response of the church interceding for her because they loved her so much. Why did they love her? How can you have an impact like Dorcas? 8. How important is the ministry of encouragement? Why? How has someone encouraged you recently? Where have you intentionally spoken an encouraging word to someone else?
9. Have you encountered the risen Jesus through the Word? When did he rescue you from your spiritual blindness? Where have you seen spiritual change since you put your faith in him?
10. Can you articulate the gospel to people who are unbelievers? When is the last time you participated in an evangelistic conversation or event? How does Acts 9 rearrange our ministry priorities?
